Welcome to this powerful meditation today on releasing the energy from
Speaker:spiritual attacks in your space.
Speaker:Now spiritual attacks can have lots of forms.
Speaker:Spiritual attacks could be let's say from an ex partner
Speaker:who is not super fond of you.
Speaker:It could also be past life energy that you are carrying or current life
Speaker:energy for that matter from any kind of hexes or any kind of black magic.
Speaker:This will also take off the energy or limits that you have imposed on you
Speaker:because of either this lifetime or previous lifetime, the karmic patterns
Speaker:that you've had, maybe sometimes even the ancestral patterns running in your family.
Speaker:So examples could be, let's say you or someone in your family was an
Speaker:energy healer at one point in time.
Speaker:Maybe they really punished for speaking the truth.
Speaker:Um, maybe they saw something, they were really psychic and they were banished
Speaker:because of that because something either worked like that which was a warning to
Speaker:everyone else or something didn't exactly turn out the way they said and so on.
Speaker:But because of that, there might be blocks where you can also feel like,
Speaker:oh, if you are wanting to speak your truth, that seems particularly hard.
Speaker:There might be energetic things that you're carrying in your field that
Speaker:limit you from having more freedom as well, because there might have been
Speaker:some whack or some agreement, some wow.
Speaker:put in, either with your intent, with your consent or not, consciously or
Speaker:unconsciously, you might still be carrying those agreements and vows in your place.
Speaker:There might be a past past lover from this lifetime or from a previous lifetime
Speaker:where you engaged in a sacred vow when you said we will be together forever.
Speaker:So you are still at some end tied with this person.
Speaker:So today you are going to release all of these spiritual ties.
Speaker:This should be an enormously freeing meditation and I just cannot wait
Speaker:to see what happens after that.
Speaker:All right, so let's just get to it.
Speaker:Just go ahead and when you are ready, just close your eyes
Speaker:and take a nice deep breath.
Speaker:You can exhale out if you feel like.
Speaker:But just let that breath travel everywhere in your space.
Speaker:Breath is prana.
Speaker:Breath is your life force.
Speaker:So just let it go everywhere in your place.
Speaker:And by taking this breath, you are allowing your life force to flow
Speaker:everywhere in your body and in your space.
Speaker:Imagine this really going to the tips of your hands, even to the tips of your feet.
Speaker:Great!
Speaker:Now as you are sitting or perhaps you're standing or maybe some of you
Speaker:are lying down, everything is okay as long as you are comfortable and as
Speaker:long as you don't really fall asleep.
Speaker:Any position is okay.
Speaker:Now, as you are in your meditative space,
Speaker:just imagine that your feet are extending into the earth,
Speaker:almost like a little child.
Speaker:Just use your imagination and visualize that your legs, they're getting longer and
Speaker:longer and they're so long that they're going right to the center of the earth.
Speaker:This is the heart of Gaia.
Speaker:This is where she holds unconditional love for you.
Speaker:Just an unsurmountable amount of love.
Speaker:Limitless love.
Speaker:It has no conditions.
Speaker:She's not judging you, how you are looking, what you are doing, etc.
Speaker:She just has pure love for you and a lot of love.
Speaker:So just let your legs, let your entire body extend there, extend to that heart
Speaker:space and connect with the heart of Gaia.
Speaker:And as you do that, notice how there is crystal emerald green, shiny light
Speaker:that starts coming off the centre and coming into your legs, flowing through
Speaker:your body and starting to flow upwards.
Speaker:And automatically, as you connect with the earth
Speaker:She is using the gravitational pull.
Speaker:So all your stress, all your worries, they're all starting to fade away.
Speaker:They're all just going.
Speaker:You could even imagine that you have sand, you have some stones
Speaker:that you are carrying in your space.
Speaker:And just imagine or notice How they are just falling into the centre of the earth.
Speaker:Maybe there are some people who are in your space.
Speaker:Perhaps it's your family.
Speaker:Perhaps it's some other thoughts.
Speaker:Or some problems that you are trying to solve.
Speaker:But notice how as you connect with the earth, How she starts taking all of that
Speaker:and just goes into the centre of the earth and you start feeling a lot lighter.
Speaker:Wherever it feels painful or achy in your body,
Speaker:just allow that pain to be connected with the earth.
Speaker:And then it just starts flowing down, almost like a waterfall.
Speaker:Everything that doesn't serve you starts going down.
Speaker:All the thoughts go down, the worries go down, the confusion goes down,
Speaker:and maybe some other objects as well.
Speaker:Perhaps there are some old sticks, you see.
Speaker:Perhaps there are just some very old objects or objects
Speaker:you wouldn't even imagine.
Speaker:Maybe you see a milk bottle, maybe you see some stones, maybe you see
Speaker:some old eggs, some furniture items.
Speaker:Just visualize that around your space there is all the
Speaker:stuff, just old time stuff.
Speaker:That starts going down.
Speaker:Actually let's play a game.
Speaker:So you can be like a three year old child.
Speaker:Three year old children really know their space.
Speaker:So if you wanted to take their toys away, they wouldn't let you, right?
Speaker:So now, So, I invite you to be like this three year old child.
Speaker:And so all this stuff in your space, everything that you are
Speaker:being shown right now, that is not stuff that should be in your space.
Speaker:Because this is old time, because everything that you are being shown right
Speaker:now is stuff that doesn't serve you.
Speaker:So just imagine all the stuff floating around you.
Speaker:As if you are in the centre of a huge vortex and there's this vortex
Speaker:of stuff going around and it's got a variety of things, a variety of
Speaker:objects, a variety of symbols, a variety
Speaker:You have a remote control in your hand.
Speaker:So the vortex around you is going at a very, very high speed.
Speaker:All these miscellaneous objects, they're around you at a very high
Speaker:speed and you are in the centre.
Speaker:But just press your remote control button, press the pause
Speaker:button there and then it stops.
Speaker:Now look at a section of this vortex in front of you And
Speaker:just has a la, have a laugh
Speaker:because the vortex in front of you has just got so many different things.
Speaker:So as you press the pause button, because everything is not moving, it just
Speaker:falls down with the Earth's gravity and goes right to the center of the Earth.
Speaker:Great.
Speaker:Now press play again.
Speaker:and let the vortex start going around you.
Speaker:And let it go, this vortex is showing you everything that
Speaker:should not be in your space.
Speaker:But you have the sovereign right.
Speaker:This is your space.
Speaker:So press the pause button on your remote control again, pause, and
Speaker:then let everything fall down.
Speaker:This time, not just in the section in front of you, but everywhere around you.
Speaker:Just let it all fall down because this is not your stuff.
Speaker:And then, when everything's fallen down, press the play button again and let the
Speaker:vortex start going around you again.
Speaker:It's going very fast and it's picking up even more things.
Speaker:that are in your place, that are in your body and that are in your aura layers.
Speaker:And just let it show up.
Speaker:And maybe now you see some floating strings.
Speaker:Maybe you see some bugs.
Speaker:Maybe you just feel some sand or dried leaves and sticks.
Speaker:Press the pause button.
Speaker:It all falls down into the center of the earth and then press play again.
Speaker:Let this vortex continue collecting all that energetic stuff.
Speaker:Let it now collect even more.
Speaker:Maybe you have some old vows.
Speaker:And it doesn't matter actually if they were old or if they are relatively new.
Speaker:But let us collect all the vows, all the agreements.
Speaker:Anything and everything that does not serve you.
Speaker:Let us just collect all of that.
Speaker:So maybe you start seeing some symbols in this vortex around you.
Speaker:Or some writing, some papers, some spoken words, some musical lyrics.
Speaker:Just smile, just laugh.
Speaker:Press the pause button.
Speaker:Let that all go down into the center of the earth.
Speaker:And then press play again.
Speaker:And look at your space.
Speaker:Look at this vortex around you.
Speaker:Just watch.
Speaker:It's like you are in a cinema and there's this 360 degree cinema or
Speaker:movie screen that is all around you.
Speaker:It's just moving.
Speaker:It's going everywhere around you.
Speaker:You're in the center.
Speaker:And just notice what are the other things that come up now.
Speaker:Maybe this time you have some old flowers.
Speaker:Maybe you have some old people.
Speaker:Oh, maybe you have some funeral signs.
Speaker:Maybe you have some other random things in old clothes.
Speaker:Some really, really old looking people.
Speaker:Just let all of them be there.
Speaker:That's all right.
Speaker:It's okay.
Speaker:Everything that you are seeing in this vortex around you right
Speaker:now, that is all pastime energy.
Speaker:So just press.
Speaker:Pause.
Speaker:Let it all fall down into the earth.
Speaker:You are doing really well.
Speaker:And then press play again.
Speaker:Good job.
Speaker:So this time as this vortex starts moving and you have really cleaned a lot of the
Speaker:stuff in your space, all the miscellaneous objects, you've cleaned them.
Speaker:So let's now start going one by one and start cleaning up
Speaker:stuff that you don't need.
Speaker:So let this vortex collect any karmic ties that bind you.
Speaker:That bind you, that bind you in the family, that bind you from your
Speaker:ancestral lineage, all the karmic ties.
Speaker:So there's karma that's attached to you.
Speaker:So as a person, there's karma that you would have collected
Speaker:in your previous lifetimes.
Speaker:There's also karma that you inherit depending on the family you are born to.
Speaker:So that's not your individual karma, but that's like your family karma.
Speaker:So let all of that show up in this vortex as well.
Speaker:And then let this vortex also show up, maybe your country level karma.
Speaker:Your place of birth, all the places that you are living in
Speaker:and even all the planetary karma.
Speaker:So a country will have a particular karma as well.
Speaker:The country will have a particular vibration depending on its history.
Speaker:And you by virtue of simply being born there also get affected by this.
Speaker:But today is the time for freedom.
Speaker:So just let all of that karma collect.
Speaker:It doesn't matter whether it's personal or planetary or family
Speaker:karma or country karma, all sorts of karma and even maybe other types of
Speaker:karma that I have not mentioned here.
Speaker:Just let all that karma, all those energetic ties appear
Speaker:in this vortex around you.
Speaker:Okay.
Speaker:Watch the vortex getting really full.
Speaker:And then you know what to do.
Speaker:Go ahead, press the pause button.
Speaker:Let all of these karmic ties go right to the centre of the earth.
Speaker:Now as they go right to the centre of the earth, just also notice how
Speaker:a huge cleansing flame is emanating from the centre of the earth.
Speaker:So the Earth really wants you to have your highest potential, your highest growth.
Speaker:She was really involved in your birth on Earth, in you being born, in
Speaker:you evolving, in you really helping the entire planet grow and evolve.
Speaker:So there's this.
Speaker:Huge, sacred cleansing flame that's rising from the centre of the earth and whatever
Speaker:is falling down from the vortex, all of that is being cleaned by the sacred flame.
Speaker:And up above you, notice as the earth keeps cleansing, notice up above
Speaker:you there is this giant gold sun.
Speaker:A beautiful, gigantic, sparkling gold sun.
Speaker:Because you are bringing in so much light, the sun is so happy and he is bringing
Speaker:all this beautiful golden light on you.
Speaker:This golden light falls on your body, it's falling on your aura
Speaker:layers, so as you keep releasing.
Speaker:This golden light that is your highest vibration, your highest creative
Speaker:essence, your highest potential, your highest growth essence, your highest
Speaker:abundance, your highest freedom, your highest level of amusement and joy, all
Speaker:of that starts coming into your space.
Speaker:So you're getting freer and freer and brighter and brighter.
Speaker:Good.
Speaker:So now that you've cleaned yourself of all the karma,
Speaker:take a nice deep breath.
Speaker:You are doing such amazing work.
Speaker:The breath just revitalizes everything and really lets your life force go everywhere.
Speaker:And keep watching this vortex around you.
Speaker:And now let this vortex show you all the people in your space.
Speaker:Now there are some old promises that you have with these people.
Speaker:These promises do not serve you anymore.
Speaker:These are promises, these are vows, these are agreements.
Speaker:Whether you made them consciously, whether you made them unconsciously,
Speaker:just notice all these people.
Speaker:And sometimes these vows or agreements could just be because you were born
Speaker:in a particular place and then you have to follow some sort of rules.
Speaker:So just let all of that appear.
Speaker:And if it's starting to feel a little bit serious, don't worry,
Speaker:we are cleaning all of this up.
Speaker:So just let this gold sun above you shower some nice, light,
Speaker:fun energy in your space.
Speaker:Just have a laugh.
Speaker:Even if it's a fake laugh, it's a lot better.
Speaker:It gives you a lot of power.
Speaker:You're doing amazingly well.
Speaker:Take a nice deep breath, look at the vortex around you and look at what you
Speaker:are going to liberate yourself from.
Speaker:Isn't that amazing?
Speaker:So just keep looking at the vortex.
Speaker:And the vortex keeps getting filled with all these people, the
Speaker:judgments, the conditioning, the programming, the influence, everything
Speaker:that you were supposed to follow.
Speaker:It also fills up with all the rules that were meant for
Speaker:you, conscious or unconscious, known to you or unknown to you.
Speaker:All the expectations, all the judgment, all the criticism, everything is
Speaker:getting collected in this vortex now.
Speaker:And the vortex is starting to feel really filled up.
Speaker:So now you have the power again.
Speaker:When you feel the vortex is really full, press the pause button and let
Speaker:it go down to the center of the earth.
Speaker:The sacred flame is still there, everything is burning.
Speaker:It's getting cleansed, it will turn to pure positive energy and go back into the
Speaker:universe right where it's supposed to go.
Speaker:And then from up above, bring this beautiful gold light, it's already flowing
Speaker:into your space, just bring it a lot more.
Speaker:And breathe.
Speaker:Nice deep breath.
Speaker:How much amazing work you are doing.
Speaker:Okay and now the final and the ultimate one.
Speaker:Continue watching this vortex in front of you and because you've taken so
Speaker:many steps of empowerment, this time
Speaker:let this vortex clear up and bring for you All the black magic, all the hexes,
Speaker:maybe all the limiting symbols, all the limiting patterns, maybe there are some
Speaker:chains, invisible ones that you don't even know, maybe there are some cords,
Speaker:maybe there's some,
Speaker:maybe there's some voodoo stuff or spells that you don't
Speaker:quite know, But doesn't matter.
Speaker:The vortex is just going to pick it up.
Speaker:The vortex is magnetic.
Speaker:It has a lot of energy.
Speaker:So just let it pick up all that stuff.
Speaker:You don't need to know where it comes from.
Speaker:Just imagine the vortex getting fuller and fuller with all of these
Speaker:things, whether these are strings, whether these are ties, whether these
Speaker:are needles, whether these are eggs, whether these are any other symbols or.
Speaker:stuff that is given to you, just let all of that come.
Speaker:And then let all the people collect in here as well, their thoughts,
Speaker:their negative energy, whatever energy they put on you to control
Speaker:you, to limit you in some way.
Speaker:And sometimes that is unconscious from their end as well.
Speaker:So let that
Speaker:So let this vortex collect the conscious energy and let this
Speaker:collect the unconscious limiting energy that was thrown at you.
Speaker:Anything that was not in your highest alignment.
Speaker:Any energy that was sent to you to condition you, to program you, to
Speaker:influence you, to not have you in your highest alignment, to take away your
Speaker:power, to take away your sovereignty.
Speaker:Let this vortex just collect that and then be in the center.
Speaker:Be like the three year old child and go, this is my space and today, right
Speaker:now, I am claiming my sovereignty.
Speaker:So press the pause button, let all of this stuff fall down because
Speaker:you don't want it anymore because you are a sovereign person.
Speaker:So this is your right.
Speaker:And so it is.
Speaker:Just let the earth take all that stuff away.
Speaker:Just watch how she does it.
Speaker:It all goes in the sacred flame.
Speaker:It all gets burnt, all gets released.
Speaker:And up above the sun is shining.
Speaker:Really, really happy.
Speaker:I'm so proud of you.
Speaker:And now just let the sacred flame go up.
Speaker:So as it's going, it's just cleaning this whole vortex around you.
Speaker:Anything that you might have still missed in this vortex that needed to be
Speaker:cleaned, it's just cleaning all of that.
Speaker:So it's getting purified, it's getting cleansed,
Speaker:and then this vortex just goes out of your space and disappears because you've
Speaker:really, really cleaned your space.
Speaker:And now the sun comes on you.
Speaker:It's shining this beautiful golden light.
Speaker:It runs all through your body from your crown to your feet and even
Speaker:below that and all around you.
Speaker:So you're becoming like a nice beautiful golden sparkly person.
Speaker:And as you feel refreshed now,
Speaker:notice how there is a transparent bubble that now appears around you.
Speaker:This bubble finds, this bubble forms the separation between your outer
Speaker:world and your inner sanctuary.
Speaker:because you just have created a wonderful loving sanctuary for yourself.
Speaker:Notice how the, notice how Mother Earth is holding this bubble so anything
Speaker:untoward, anything not meant for you, if it comes into your space Mother
Speaker:Earth will just go ahead and take it.
Speaker:And it will go straight to the heart of the earth.
Speaker:And notice how up above the gold sun is shining.
Speaker:So as you release all the negative energy into the earth, the gold
Speaker:sun will bring you your own flavor of your highest vibration.
Speaker:of your freedom, your independence, your power.
Speaker:Just take a minute and feel this cleanse and feel the energetic balance.
Speaker:Just take a minute and feel the sun pouring this gold energy on you and the
Speaker:earth cleansing you and rejuvenating you.
Speaker:Just sit in your bubble and enjoy this beautiful space that
Speaker:you've created for yourself.
Speaker:You are now free of any black magic, of any psychic attacks because you've
Speaker:really taken everything out of your space and given it back to the earth so it
Speaker:all goes back to where it's come from.
Speaker:And your gold bubble around you, that forms the energetic protection.
Speaker:So you can go about during your day and you can still have
Speaker:your safe sanctuary with you.
Speaker:When you're ready, you can slowly go ahead and open your eyes.
Speaker:This energetic bubble will stay with you
Speaker:for as long as you want.
Speaker:And if you ever feel tired again, or you feel like you need an energy
Speaker:refresh, then you can always come back and redo this meditation.
Speaker:Lots and lots of love.
