Hello, and welcome to this conscious parenting meditation on connecting with your child and

:getting them to listen to you.

:Now, idly, whenever you are asking your child to do something, you think that you are
4
:acting out of their best interest.
5
:After all, if you are asking them to do their homework, or to stop playing video games,
6
:or to stop interacting with a certain person, you really feel that it is in their best interest.
7
:But this can often be a very charged situation as well, because your child is their own being.
8
:They have their own mind, their own way of processing and thinking about things.
9
:And they may or may not be making decisions that seem right to you.
10
:So, first, know that while it can feel really hard on the surface, know that deep behind
11
:all of this, spiritually, there is a lesson for you.
12
:Your child is always reflecting back to you your own wounds.
13
:Your kids are showing to you where you need to be healed.
14
:So, sometimes, when you get triggered by how your kids are reacting, take a deeper look
15
:at what it is inside you that resents that.
16
:This meditation definitely helps you look and understand these deeper parts of you that
17
:are seeking this healing.
18
:With this practice, you will be able to calm yourself, you will be able to heal your
19
:own hurt and triggers, and you will also be able to calm your child without even speaking
20
:with them.

:You will be able to calm their energy around the whole situation, so that when you both
22
:get together and talk, it's really aligned and it's coming from a place of higher guidance
23
:for your child.
24
:So, when you're ready, take a nice deep breath, settle down, find yourself a nice space, and
25
:just get comfortable.
26
:Take a big breath, like really, really deep inhale, because often these situations can
27
:feel really charged, and we might not be taking full breaths, so just take a full breath,
28
:simply allowing it to go inside you and take a nice exhale outside.

:Letting go of all the frustration, all the worries that you are feeling right now.
30
:Again, breathing in, relaxation, breathing in your inner peace, and then breathing out all
31
:the scales, all this confusion, all this drama, a nice deep exhale.

:Now another breath, breathing in your freedom, breathing in your calmness, letting it flow
33
:all through you, going all through your body parts and cells and veins, and then exhaling
34
:out all the tension and the heaviness.

:And so in front of you, as you close your eyes, just imagine a picture of you, a moving picture,
36
:just like the way you're sitting now or whatever position you are in, just imagine yourself
37
:with your eyes closed, and you could put some special fairy dust on yourself, maybe that's
38
:a purple color, and just let that purple color go onto your space, and then it will show
39
:you where all you are feeling tensed and frustrated.

:And that's okay, that's just a venous, you've just started the meditation and you will continue
41
:to heal yourself.

:So as you notice all of these purple spots on you, and maybe all of you is covered in
43
:these purple dots, that's okay, just imagine digging up a tunnel, it goes below your feet
44
:and it goes all the way to the earth, right to the center of the earth, so you are essentially
45
:creating an earthing connection for you, and earth as we all know, it is excellent at taking
46
:away all the negative charges, so just allow that connection, and allow the earth to start
47
:draining away all this negative energy inside you, and if you feel like it, you could even
48
:extend and expand your tunnel, so it doesn't have to just cover your feet, maybe the tunnel
49
:even comes up right to where you're sitting, so you're lower waist, and just imagine this
50
:grounding cord, this earthing channel, really taking away all the stress from your space,
51
:all the anxiety, all the tension, and taking it away into the earth, earth is a natural conductor,
52
:she is the mother earth, the divine mother earth, so just allow her to take all the
53
:stress and pain away from your space, and for now, as you are connecting with the divine
54
:mother earth, allow yourself to be the divine child, so maybe you are carrying a heavy backpack
55
:of responsibility, maybe there is a lot of stuff that's whole, maybe there is a lot of stuff
56
:that is hovering over your head and your head feels clouded, so just allow the earth to
57
:take it away, so as you connect with the earth, notice how you are starting to feel a little
58
:bit more relaxed, and now you are realizing other parts in your body that are feeling really
59
:heavy and tensed, you notice there is a heavy backpack that you're carrying, it's full of
60
:responsibilities and weight of things that you've got to do, all the tasks you have to finish,
61
:all the endless chores, so you can take that backpack and just drop it down the tunnel and
62
:it can go right into the earth, and the earth can take that heaviness away, and don't worry,
63
:nothing is going to go away if it is not meant to go away, when you give all the heaviness
64
:to earth, she is just covering, when you give all the heaviness to earth, she is just converting,
65
:all that negative charge into positive charge, so life just gets easier for you, all the
66
:pure positive energy comes back, and all the heaviness, all the negative energy, all
67
:that's not serving you, the noise, the friction, all of that starts to get washed away, so just
68
:allow your divine mother earth to take away the big backpack of responsibilities and chores
69
:that you're carrying, and then look at your head, and maybe it's filled with all kinds
70
:of thoughts and possible scenarios of the worst things that will happen, and so just let
71
:all of that drain into the earth as well, and just breathe, taking in a nice deep breath,

:allowing relaxation to come in, and allowing all this frustration and tiredness to release,

:and leave your space, and here that you are connecting with the divine mother earth, notice
74
:that right now in this space you can be the child, right now you don't have to be the parent,
75
:so you can just be the child and you can relax because you are with your divine mother,

:and she is the unconditionally loving mother, she doesn't judge you, she is only proud of you,

:she is not criticising how you look, what you are doing, etc, she understands your deep
78
:purpose on earth, the path that you are on, she fully gets your challenges, and she is totally
79
:100% there with you on this journey, so you can finally let all the defences go down,

:and you can just relax in this space, allowing mother earth to embrace you, almost as if she
81
:is hugging you, imagine her hands coming up, holding you, and you can be the little child,

:and notice as you connect with mother earth, there is also the gold sun that's starting to
83
:shine right above you, and if mother earth is the arch-type for divine mother, the sun
84
:is an arch-type for divine father energy, so you have got both your father energy and
85
:mother energy, and you can be the divine child, yes the divine child, so herein you have your
86
:space to claim, to ask them for anything, and they will give that to you, and you can let
87
:your stress and worries go, so as you look at your divine father, the sun, ask him, what
88
:would you want, if you want to feel some ease, some joy, just tell him that, that I want
89
:a lot of ease and joy, and this is getting too hard for me, so just make it easy, you are
90
:the divine child, so you can ask, you don't need to request, you can ask, and ask it as
91
:if it's yours, claim it, you are the divine child, it's your right, you have a right to
92
:be abundant and fulfilled on earth, so as the earth is taking away your stress and worries,
93
:and as the sun is showering you with all the love and affection and all the ease and joy
94
:that you want, make a claim, that I am a free being, and today I am claiming my freedom,
95
:it's my right, I am claiming my sovereign right, to be free, to live with joy and abundance,

:and so it is, and notice how the earth and the sun are standing behind you, really supporting
97
:you, nodding their head, and telling you, yes, this is your space, this is your right, so

:as you were starting to feel a little more relaxed and a little more settled, a little more
99
:in alignment with your freedom, now think of your child, that child that you want to listen

:to you, just think of your child, and see your child, another picture of them sitting right

:in front of you, and notice how they are feeling a lot of things, perhaps you noticing anger,

:you noticing frustration, you noticing sadness in your child and multiple other emotions,

:so you might notice how the earth wants to go ahead and connect with your child as well,

:so just allow that, allow the spirit of your child, as you say hello to them, allow the

:spirit of your child to also connect with Mother Earth, because Gaya holds unconditional
106
:love and limitless love for your child as well, and she wants to heal your child too, take
107
:away their stress and their worries as well, and it's not always your job, so just allow
108
:Mother Earth to do this, she is very good at it, and frankly she enjoys doing this, this
109
:is why she is holding the space for all of us on this planet, so allow the spirit of your
110
:child to connect with Mother Earth, and slowly you can notice how your child's spirit is also

:connecting with the gold sun, they have their own unique sun, that shining on them, there's
112
:one on you, there's one on your child, and this sun is powered by our sun in the solar
113
:system, this sun is also powered by the North Star, the North Star is the star that gives
114
:us all clarity around our path, around our direction where we are supposed to go, so

:just allow that light to come into you and to come into your child, and continue watching

:the Earth, the Divine Mother as she continues giving you a healing and giving your child a healing,

:breathe, and tune into your body and just notice what is happening in your body as you look

:at your child, as you look at their image and run to feel, where is it that your body is

:starting to feel a little different, maybe you feel some pain somewhere or some tingling,

:and then that's the spot where you're getting really triggered, so just tune into that area

:of your body and ask what is happening, why am I feeling so triggered by my child, what
122
:is it inside me that is resisting this idea, what is it inside me that resists the situation,

:and then notice how there is another picture of you that seems to pop up, and this picture

:is you when you are much younger, a tiny or a much smaller, a much younger version of you,

:just look at this child, look at your clothes that you are wearing here, look at how is this

:child part feeling, is this child feeling sad or is it angry, does it want to talk to you,

:or is it hiding, and as you look at this child part of you, you can just go and sit next to

:it, and just be there, like a loving parent, and just observe, because you will begin to tune

:in to why this child is not feeling really happy, and ask this child version of you, ask what

:do you want, I'm really sorry I did not see you for this long, I'm sorry I did not acknowledge

:you, I'm sorry you had to hide, I'm sorry that I did not tune in to you earlier, but I am

:here now and I want to understand you, what would you like, what is it that you are seeking,

:and notice as your inner child version comes out, and tells you something, now you might

:see a symbol, you might hear some words, you might get some thoughts, just focus on these

:and you'll get a little bit more guidance, I'll be quiet for a minute, to let you

:soak in, so as you understand your

:child more now, now you can, so as you understand your inner child more now, you are now getting

:a much fuller picture of why you feel triggered, so as you understand your inner child more now,

:you can just go closer to your inner child, maybe hug them, maybe hold their hand, wipe

:their tears, and then you can tell your inner child that I'm really sorry, I did not see

:you earlier, I'm sorry you had to hide, I'm sorry you had to run away, but I'm here now,

:and you don't need to be in hiding anymore, know that I love you, and regardless of what

:happened in the past, know that I see you, I validate you, I believe in you, and I've
144
:got you, so you don't need to be in hiding anymore, and from now on we will be friends, and I

:will always be there for you, so notice how as you say this, your inner child starts feeling
146
:much more happier and calmer, and as you say this, notice the earth energy coming up and

:giving you a very deep healing, right where in your body, your feeling stressed, all of
148
:that stress is starting to get washed away, as the earth is sending its own healing energy,

:and healing that body part and everywhere else in your space, so now your inner child's

:gone, it's happy and content, and you can look at your child again, your child, the one

:that you want to listen to something, so look at their child, so now look at your child,

:the one that you want to have a conversation with, the one you want to listen to something,

:and look at how your child is also behaving in a certain way, because they are wanting

:to be seen and heard, because they are wanting to be valued, so you can go ahead and tell

:your child that hey I'm here, I'm sorry I don't always fully understand you, but I'm trying,

:I thank you for showing me all the growth that I should have, I'm sorry that you haven't

:felt seen or heard fully, I know that I will try and I will try to value you as much as I can,

:and notice how your child's eyes light up as if this is all that they need, notice how

:your child's bit instinctively comes closer to you, because your child's aching your validation,

:your child's deeply wanting to connect with you, and so now as your and your child sit

:much closer to each other, look at the situation or this thing that you want to talk about, just

:imagine it pops up in front of you, perhaps in a bubble form where you can see pictures

:but you can just see right through it, and just notice how does this look like, how does

:this whole bubble look like with the whole situation, and maybe you've had so many
165
:child conversations here, or maybe there is so much emotion and so much judgement and criticism

:around this, then it feels really hard, it's just hard to see through, like it's not a transparent

:bubble, but there's just a lot of colours and energy around it, so just go ahead and this
168
:is not your job either, you don't have to take all the responsibility, remember you still
169
:the divine child, and you will continue to be the divine child, even after this meditation,

:so just connect this bubble to the earth, and notice how the earth is so happy to connect

:with the bubble, and she starts believing all that negative energy, the friction, the

:human's the drama, she starts taking all of that away, till the bubble starts appearing

:a lot clearer, a lot see through, so you can actually see what's happening inside, and

:then allow the gold sun to come on top as well, the bubble gets its own gold sun on top,

:and the gold sun is shining beautiful gold light onto the bubble, just filling the space
176
:up with ease, and you want to have a good conversation, so it's allowing that easy conversation,

:connection, joy, and just look at the bubble, look as the entire situation gets a healing,

:whatever it is that you are fighting around so far, but look how it's just all getting washed,

:how it's all getting a healing, and how the situation is not so charged anymore, it's

:starting to get a lot clearer, and from the gold sun above, imagine that there are gold

:sparkles that are coming into the space, really filling it all up with a lot of ease, contentment,

:connection, so you can have a nice good chat, and you can understand each other, and so when

:you feel this is complete, and the bubble looks good and healthy to you, then you can just

:send it to source, so that source can keep it for you in a nice good clean space, and when

:you connect with your child, then there's a neutral space for you both to talk and connect,

:and look at your child's spirit, you can hug your child, you can have a conversation

:with them as well, whatever it is you want to tell them about the situation, why you want

:to do something a certain way, just talk to them, tell them because they are listening

:to it, their spirit is getting it, and it will get through to them in their body,

:and so as you tell your child your part of the story, just notice what happens, it is

:their free will, it is what they want to do, and sometimes they might just want to process

:the information and think about it, let them do that, and let this beautiful spirit of

:your child, the one that's a lot more grounded, connected with the earth, and having its own

:gold sun, you can just send it back to your child, so that they can have a healing in their
195
:physical space, right where they are, they can feel a lot more grounded, a lot more comforted,

:and then look at your own picture, your own picture that is connected with the earth, and

:with the gold sun and bring that into you, noticing how you are starting to feel in the
198
:body, connect with the earth, again if you need to, notice how she is so happy with all

:the work that you've done, and she's telling you that she's going to hold space for you,

:from this point on as you continue on in your journey, she's always there, you just need

:to remember her, and her connection with you is always there, look at the sun, and he's

:saying the same thing, that you've formed these incredible bonds, they were always there,

:you just reconnected to them, and they'll always be there, they'll always be supporting you

:on your journey, so next time when you feel that you want to talk to them, you can just

:reach out and say hello to them, and they'll be right there, so take a nice deep breath,

:taking in all the high vibration, letting it flow through everywhere in your space, and

:take a nice deep exhale, and then open your eyes, thank you for doing this meditation, this

:should have you really settled into a nice good place, and whatever you want to speak with

:your child about, you can do it now, or whenever you feel guided towards it, but the conversation
